International Women's Day: RAW Garden Storytelling

RAW Garden monthly storytelling is now into its second year and has well and truly found its direction. Durgah Devi Palinasamy (Storytelling Vic) and Mariam Issa (RAW) hold the space for people to be vulnerable, funny, adventurous and excited about sharing.
The numbers are steadily growing and more and more people are coming along and finding the confidence to share a story: personal, folk ... whatever comes to mind.
Tatiana Scott photographs the events giving us a wonderful selection of images to share with those of you were unable to join us.
This year we are asking if people would like to bring a plate of food (if they can) to share, as all the talking in the middle of the day requires sustenance.
The March gathering was a celebration in line with International Women's Day: Be Bold for Change.
We laughed, we cried, we laughed some more, we shared food and enjoyed the garden.
